A programme focussed on exploring ways Rangatahi can create positive choices and options to decrease the negative influence and stigma around suicide within the community. This will be done by using the resources available involving our Kaumatua and Kuia especially in being repositories of cultural knowledge through Whakapapa and shared stories thus enhancing meaningful engagement. Exposing Rangatahi to Tikanaga Māori, Marae Wānanga, Hauora and Māori models of education that promote identity resilience, a wairua, a tinana, a hinengaro. Creating safe spaces for Rangitahi with agencies such as Te Rau Ora and E Tū Whānau.
