Story-telling with Older Takatāpui

Levin : Manawatū

The Story-telling with Older Takatāpui initiative is focusing on the life stories of around 10 takatāpui aged over 45.
This initiative is in response to the need for more research within the Takatapui community. It is hoped that the focus on Takatāpui sharing their stories and experiences may address unresolved issues that impede their well-being. This sharing of korero can support and educate other Takatāpui going through similar experiences.

*This Whānau initiative is proudly supported by Te Au (and Te Rau Ora) through the Māori Suicide Prevention Fund (2020-2021).
