Our aim is to re-discover our grounding in this world through kai, atua and Mātauranga Māori. Learning about the atua that connects with us and relates to our health and well-being. We can do this through the use of the mixed mediums of the Te Ao, Wairua and Maramataka Māori lens.
Rutu’s dreams and aspirations come from lived experience following the tragic suicide of her 18year old brother, and she determined to do something to honour his memory and help raise awareness about suicide causations and risks.
Fossil Creek Farm Trust offers unique respite facilities including qualified therapists, 100 acres and 150 animals and provides wellbeing wānanga for rangatahi, wahine and tane.
